Support for coaches: mentoring and supervision
As an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC), I help and support coaches to improve themselves as a coach. I offer mentor coaching: helping coaches to acquire an ICF certification, or to renew their certification. For coaches who are further in their career, I offer coaching supervision, which is part of maintaining their ICF certification.
As a coach you continue to grow and expand the number and type of clients that you coach. Remaining grounded and centred in every coaching conversation can be a challenge. However, it is a precondition to be able to continuously serve all your clients in the best possible way.
My coaching approach is centred on your way of being, and lends itself very well to help and support you in your professional development and ICF certification efforts. How you think, speak, feel and hold yourself determine how you experience a situation. This in turn determines how you will act. I help you retain your self-awareness during your coaching sessions, which will help you actively manage your own way of being so you can focus on your clients’ needs.
ICF Mentor Coaching
With ICF Mentor Coaching I support coaches working towards acquiring an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification, or to renew an ACC certification. You might have taken coaching training that isn’t accredited by the ICF and are considering to acquire an ICF certification.
To support you, I provide tailored feedback on how you demonstrate the ICF Core Competencies by assessing 10 of your coaching sessions. For each of your coaching sessions, we have a follow-up mentoring session of 1 hour to discuss my observations. ICF’s requirement is that this is done during an extended period of at least three months. This requirement is valid for acquiring an ACC or PCC certification, as well for renewing your ACC certification.
Practical details ICF Mentor Coaching
I assess 10 of your coaching sessions: through direct observation, or by watching a recording (video or audio)
Each follow-up mentor coaching session will take 1 hour
The price for 10 mentor coaching sessions is € 1,700
This package price includes 1 hour of preparation per mentor coaching session from my side: I will review and make notes of the recording, which I will share with you in the mentor coaching session

ICF Coaching Supervision
With ICF Coaching Supervision I help you to develop your self-awareness and to sharpen your coaching practice. ICF requires this continuous development throughout your career to be able to renew your ICF certification (all levels), which you have to do every three years.
To help you to improve yourself as a coach, I guide your reflection on who you are and how you show up in your coaching practice. We have coaching supervision sessions where you bring your topics and challenges to discuss. For example, what you find yourself having difficulty with while coaching; something you feel you want to improve; your ability to coach certain types of clients; or, type of challenges you notice you have a hard time helping your clients with.
CCE credits: as part of Continuing Coach Education (CCE) for the renewal of your ICF certification (all levels), you can count up to 10 hours of coaching supervision towards Core Competencies CCE credits.

Confidentiality
Our interaction and everything we discuss in our coaching sessions is strictly confidential. I do not share any personal information with others. If your company is paying for your sessions, you are the only one who talks to your manager about the coaching. As a certified coach, I adhere to the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.
